Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of shipment for a refund of the product price. This returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
To arrange a return, please contact us to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Please include your original order number and the item or items you wish to return.
You can either use your own label to return your item(s), or ask us to send you a returns label. If you ask us to send you a returns label, a return fee of NOK 100 will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own label, no return fee applies.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you the returns label (if requested) to use to send your item(s) back to us.
Please note that Callaway Golf Europe reserves the right to refuse a refund outside of the 14-day refund period stated above unless the product is deemed faulty or unsatisfactory.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Must be complete with all parts and accessories intact.
Refunds can only be credited back to the debit/credit card, or other payment method (e.g. PayPal) used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be credited back to the account used to place the order.

- Customised items
- Personalised items
- Free gifts/free items
We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any order for customised product(s). When placing an order for customised items, there will be a one-hour grace period where you will be able to cancel your order by calling us on the number detailed in the order confirmation e-mail.
Please also note that we cannot print any text on a product which infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights held by another party.
